Supplements For Better Performance in the Gym....
Certain supplements help you with your immediate performance in the gym on a daily basis, these supplements should be part of every bodybuilder or powerlifters daily diet.
Multi-Vitamin: Most of the people we talk to training underestimate the importance of them. They think that since they eat a good diet it is useless to take them. But here is something very important to remember about vitamins and minerals. If your body is deficient in just one of the essential vitamins or minerals thousands of chemical and enzymatic processes in your body could be impaired or ceased. So get your self a good multi and take it religiously everyday.
Creatine: This is the number one bodybuilding supplement and thats due to its quick-resulting size and strength gains. Many people that have used creatine for the first time have experienced gains as high as 10 pounds in only just a week, having at the same time noticeably larger muscles. And one very good "plus" of creatine, is that it is very safe. Get yourself a good creatine mix that has at least 2 form of creatine and and the right amount of carbs to go with it. Pure creatine monohydrate is the best, but has to be taken with other supplements and can complicate thing for most people just looking to get in shape, so leave it for the more experienced trainers and go with a good formula.
Nitric Oxide(NO2): Just like creatine NO products have a very important value in your everyday training regimen. Mos are listed as pre-workout supplements on just about every site you visit around the net, but they are much more than just pre-workout. No products should be taken twice daily. once when you awake in the morning and again 20 minutes before your workout. Some formula effect some people different than others so ask around to see what being used the most. Ultimately it will be a personal choice because no two bodies react the same.
Glutamine: The most abundant amino acid in our muscle tissue. It comprises 61% of the amino acid pool in our skeletal muscle. Glutamine alone is responsible for 35% of the nitrogen that gets into the muscle cell. Glutamine drives muscle building nitrogen into the muscle cell where it is synthesized for growth. Glutamine is a key factor in muscle growth, and controlling the skeletal muscle/whole body glutamine gradient is critical in maintaining and building muscle tissue.
Protein: Yeah we put protein last because everyone else always puts first. Getting good quality protein is extremely important, because protein provides the amino acids that make the human engine move. Now everyone want to say whey protein is the protein you need and it should be take immediately after workouts and twice more through out he day. Thats great if your a professional athlete and all you daily activities revolve around your athletic goals. A better approach for everyone else would be a quality Meal Replacement Drink taken twice daily or a Weight Gainer. Both have added vitamins and minerals and are far more like an extra meal twice a day than just added protein.
Try these supplements out in your daily activities and you will notice a distinct improvement in your physical apperance. You won't bust your budget and with some effort and fortitude we just might some day see you on the poising dais.

MuscleTech IntraVol.....Pre-During Workout Drink Test - Week 3
Got a few emails about MuscleTech IntraVol from some of the people testing it. Here are a few of their replies:Dan. It been good as a pre-workout and workout drink so far, it only been 3 weeks and we all know most pre-workout product peter out after about the 5 week so we will see how it goes toward the end of our 8 weeks. Thanks
Terry. Love it so far. I have been getting a good pump and my strength has gone up in the bench, squat and leg press. Need to improve taste a little bit, it doesn't taste bad but could be better. I have Fruit Punch.
Jeanne. I have never taken a workout supplement before but I like this one. It give me energy to do my workout and aerobics and not get tired and much as I used to. I take a scoop and mix it in my workout bottle and sip it throughout my workout. It been good so far, and we have a few weeks to go so I'll write back in later in the week. Bye
Everyone seem to be liking the stuff so far, we'll see howq it goes over the next few weeks.
